Manufacturing

Our manufacturing partner, Mr. Silicone Hung, has been producing quality products for over 32 years, with a client list that includes retail customers such as Wal-mart stores, Target, K-Mart and Walgreens. 

The company is also proud to be a private label supplier to  companies including Victoria’s Secret, Sara Lee, Chantelle and Aubade.

Mr. Hung owns 26 patents in the toy, breast form, bra accessory, machinery and tooling industries.

Taiwan Silicone Development, Ltd. (TSD) was formed to handle the company’s large developing growth in the development and manufacturing of silicone health care products.

Taiwan Silicone Development has its own tooling department, practices process-modified engineering and is a firm believer in mono-purpose machinery which enables us to develop specified machinery for special processes.

The company has a very strong material background, primarily in the technology of Silicone Gel Compound, of which Mr. Hung was a primary supplier.

Current breast form and enhancing form production capacity is five-hundred pieces daily.

Sales and Marketing

In July 2006, Taiwan Silicone Development created a partnership with Regency International Marketing (RIM) to develop dynamic sales and marketing plans for healthcare products in the United States.

The executives of Regency International Marketing (RIM) have over 50 years of combined experience in the areas of product development, marketing, merchandising, sales and purchasing, both internationally and in the United States.  They have been involved in the creation and development of literally thousands of consumer products sold in virtually every major retail outlet in the world. 

Our areas of expertise include packaging development and design, brand name and logo development, international transportation logistics and governmental regulations.  Our experience and honest approach to “doing business the right way” combine to create a professional organization that can make things happen.  Our trained staffs in the United States and in Taiwan will handle all of your questions and concerns.  Come join us!
